I tried making sushi again, and it worked MUCH better this time. I spread a thinnnn layer of pumpkin puree onto the nori then layered on veggies.
And, it seems that I was trying to cut the sushi much too small before. This time, I cut fewer per big roll and they turned out just fine.
These had more pumpkin, mushrooms, carrots, and bell pepper:

I'm so sorry that I haven't posted in awhile- I got a spiffy new iMac and only got the internet set up today. :)
