Fun with phyllo

My mom's signature dessert is the apple strudel... a huge log of phyllo and apple-y goodness. I tried making my own version the other day, using apples, raw sugar, a bit of molasses, and cinnamon in the filling. I tried rolling up little 'individual' pastries in triangles, rolls, and even a little cute 'package'.

Sorry about the short post... I've got stuff to do :)
