Ack, I meant to write up a nice Vegan MoFo entry on delicious autumn squash... but I ended up being much busier today after school than I expected. Among what I did today was go see Nick & Norah's Infitite Playlist, which was GREAT. :D I loved it.
Anyways, here's something funny I heard right when my friend turned on the radio in her car:
"Yeah, I'm not actually vegan, but I like to say that I am to make myself seem more interesting"
Hmm... I don't know who was being interviewed on the radio there, but I don't mind that he associated veganism with being interesting. Better than being boring!
Also, happy Thankgiving to all my fellow Canadians! :) Eat lots of vegetables!

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! I saw it in my calendar and thought of all ya'll food bloggers up north! Now if only ours would hurry up so I can eat Tofurkey!
